Old Bank Studio
Our design studio is located on Woodlands Road, a two minute walk to the beautiful Grannys Bay.
After your meeting with us, there is a wonderful coastal walk to Lytham to the east and Fairhaven to the west. The bay is known for its natural beauty, wonderful sunsets and is a great place to go for walks along the promenade.
Current opportunities
We are creating bespoke homes and developments bringing together British Design and German Engineering. Uniting Firth Architects who have been designing bespoke homes in the North West for twenty years with a leading European modular house builder. We are currently developing bespoke designs for Islay road in Lytham, a replacement dwelling in the Ribble Valley and a couple of development sites with more information coming soon.

The architectural design and materials are guided by the context of the developments for example one of our developments in Lytham borrows from the original fisherman’s cottages in Lytham, combined with the layout of the local Victorian townhouses. This local regional approach to the design ensures that we are adding to the rich history of development in the area and adding a new perspective of sustainable, energy efficient architecture to the current housing stock of the Fylde Coast.
